In this reflective meditation session, Dr. Jyothi V. Robertson guides you through a practice of grounding yourself in the present moment while gently exploring the emotions, sensations, and thoughts tied to your vision of the future.

The session begins with an invitation to connect with your breath, noticing its natural rhythm and how it interacts with your body. With each breath, you are encouraged to release tension and become more attuned to areas of your body that may be holding stress. Through this awareness, you cultivate a sense of ease and presence.
From this grounded state, the meditation steers your attention toward the future. Dr. Robertson thoughtfully poses the question, “What does the future hold for you?”—prompting gentle introspection. As you explore your thoughts about the future, you’re guided to notice how these thoughts manifest physically and emotionally. Through this practice, you engage all your senses to bring the vision to life, while also allowing these thoughts and images to dissipate, returning to open awareness.
Whether you’re feeling uncertain or hopeful about what lies ahead, this session offers a meaningful space to pause, reflect, and embrace the future with an open heart. Take a moment to listen, reflect, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose.

The Journey You Own Meditation Gathering is a free, sitting meditation session designed to offer a shared, supportive space to explore grounding practices.

These are low-key sessions, and you are free to join with your camera on or off. There’s no expectation to speak unless you’d like to share.
