Online Meditation Gathering
About JYO Meditation Gathering
The Journey You Own Meditation Gathering is a free, sitting meditation session designed to offer a shared, supportive space to explore grounding practices.
Sessions are held online via Zoom and take place on Tuesday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings.
These are low-key sessions, and you are free to join with your camera on or off. There’s no expectation to speak unless you’d like to share.
Please register once through Zoom to receive your unique joining link. After registering, you are welcome to attend any upcoming meditation gathering.
The public calendar on this page shows the most current schedule. Because dates may occasionally shift, we recommend adding the calendar to your own calendar app so you can stay updated.
We hope to see you in this community of practice.
