This gentle body scan meditation offers a chance to turn toward the body with care, noticing sensations, areas of ease, and places asking for attention. As awareness moves slowly through the body, you’re invited to soften, settle, and rest in the experience of being here just as you are.

The practice begins with something simple and familiar, your breath. From there, you are guided through a slow full-body scan, using the breath as an anchor and awareness as a way of softening tension. You will be invited to explore the body from head to toe, noticing what is present, and allowing the muscles to relax without needing to change anything.

Rather than observing from a distance, you are encouraged to experience your body from the inside. You might notice warmth, tingling, tightness, coolness, or softness, and simply let those sensations be what they are. The practice closes with a quiet moment of gratitude, resting in the simple experience of being here.
After listening, you might reflect on:

- How did it feel to experience my body from the inside, rather than thinking about it from the outside?
- Is there one place in my body that can be an anchor for me throughout the day?
