Our Origin<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Journey You Own began in 2015 as a quiet response to the needs of those working on the frontlines of animal welfare. Practitioners and professionals asked for practical tools to help manage their time, increase their productivity, and find steadiness amidst the demands of their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What followed were not just tools\u2014but conversations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

As we listened more deeply, it became clear that people weren\u2019t only seeking efficiency\u2014they were seeking alignment. Through these early exchanges, we began weaving awareness, balance, and values-based decision-making into everyday practice. The conversations naturally widened to include themes close to our hearts: social justice, education, climate change, and animal welfare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Journey You Own has grown into a focused, intentional offering for individuals and organizations seeking to lead and live with curiosity, compassion, and courage. What began as support for those navigating meaningful work has evolved into a structured set of experiences designed to meet the needs of people doing compassionate and complex work in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, our work centers on four core offerings: leadership development, guided meditations, group growth, and individual support<\/strong>.
