These sessions provide a space for individuals to connect with others who share similar experiences, creating a sense of community and supporting each other in their meditation practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JYO BIPOC Meditation Gatherings offer a unique opportunity for BIPOC individuals to prioritize their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being while honoring their identities and experiences within the practice of meditation.
