Light Within – A Guided Visualization for Renewal

There are moments when our energy feels dimmed, when we’ve carried too much or forgotten the warmth that’s always been within us. This guided meditation is an invitation to reconnect with that inner light. Through breath and awareness, you’re gently guided to rest in the glow of calm and clarity, releasing what feels heavy and allowing new energy to emerge.

In this meditation, you’ll be guided through a simple yet powerful visualization of light. It begins by noticing the breath and softening into stillness, then gradually welcoming a warm, radiant light, one that fills the body and heart. As this light expands, you’re invited to release tension, offer care to yourself, and open to renewal. The session closes with gratitude, leaving you calm, centered, and replenished.

“What is your heart needing that this light, this energy, can provide?”

As always, the practice begins and ends with a bell, a gentle cue to settle into presence and later return with awareness.

  • What thoughts or emotions felt ready to release?
